I have a right to decline selling any art to a certain person with no explanation.

To Adoptables - There is only 1 chance to buy adoptable, so a person who buys faster, gets the design.

Buyer will get full resolution transparent pic of the art and i will transfer the character to them via Ko - fi or email.

Designs bought from me may not be widely copied and redistributed - if you would like to make the character's family members or species for backstory purposes, this is fine, as long as you do not resell the derivative designs or redistribute them to anyone else. Please ask me if you have any questions.

Buyer may get commissions of the design, and/or include the design in personal projects as long as they aren't for monetary gain.

Vouchers may be used in the event of a trade, and can be for no more than 150% the original selling price of the adoptable.

Designs originally obtained through trades cannot be sold.

Use of any design I make in a defamatory or otherwise offensive manner will result in blocklisting from further design interactions.

For commercial use, extra payment is necessary. Usually 50% more of the original price.

You have the right to publish, use and promote the commissioned artwork, as long as credit is given to the artist.

Each commission I will record and use in the porfolio or to promote my work. If You do not want the sketch and design process to be shown, include that in the message.

Once the sketch and lineart are accepted, there is no way to make major changes to the commission.

I will not do refunds unless I am not able to finish the commission on time or it becomes too difficult.
